If you are reading this part of what I believe to be an excellent web site, than you already have some idea of who we are at the Chambersburg Church of the Nazarene. Our core Values and Articles of Faith can give you an excellent beginning of who we are and just how much we love Jesus Christ. Some of my own personal history as a pastor consists of being an associate pastor in Shippensburg, Pa. for about five years and an associate pastor for almost two years in Hagerstown, Md. During that time I had the opportunity to work on a Bachelors Degree in Religion (Pastoral Ministries), which I completed in the spring of 2007. After completing my Bachelors degree I had a call from God to become the Senior Pastor in Chambersburg, Pa. I have been here since January of 2008 and praise God for the many opportunities he gives me to meet so many different people as Chambersburg Nazarenes Lead Pastor. I was blessed by being ordained this past April and I am currently working on my Masters Degree in Religion (Spiritual Formation), and if all goes well I should graduate in the spring of 2010. Like any leader there needs to be a person who stands behind them. The wonderful person in my life is my wife Lori. We have been married for over 28 years and are blessed with 3 boys who are 19, 21, and 27 years old. Our main focus at our church is to love everyone just like Christ loved everyone. We also believe in our community and continually try to be a part of the lives in our community. We would love to have a chance to know you and show Christ’s love to you in a practical way. We are a multi-cultural congregation and believe that a church should consist of many races and cultures. If you believe in the holiness tradition, a congregation who loves Jesus Christ and a church who wants every ethnic group to worship together, than our church is for you.
